You can reuse a question from one survey by adding it to a question page in another survey. By reusing commonly asked questions, you can create surveys more quickly.
Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
Click the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.
Find the question to reuse:
To reuse a simple question, click Add question > Use existing > Single answer > [question name].
To reuse a complex question, click Add question > Use existing > Multi answer > [question name].
In the Add question dialog box, review the configuration of the question.
Caution: Do not make changes to the question that are specific to your survey only, because all surveys that reference the question are updated when you save the question.
Click Save to close the Add question dialog box.
Note: You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.
